Frederick Brandes is a queer, German-Welsh actor, producer and composer with international credits on stage and screen.

He currently works as a producer and co-founder at Crystal Clear Pictures and as a jury member for the Lift-Off Global Network season awards.

Frederick has created and produced two musicals, ALEX and The Girl in the Mirror.
In 2025 his composition "Bonhoefferkantate" was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 Sunday Worship.
In 2023-24 he performed the music of Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings Live as a chorus singer at the Royal Albert Hall.
